Hi, my name is Mark. 

I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life and started my first business when I was a teenager. For the last 20 years I’ve worked in the digital marketing and website & app development industry. I’ve led and grown several agencies – from a one man start-up through to companies with larger teams.

In recent years my interest in AI has grown and I love how automations can be used to improve business efficiency and customer experience.

My current businesses are:

F2B Digital – specialises in AI automation development and bespoke apps, as well as event websites & apps.

F2B Sites – WordPress website services, including design & build, maintenance and SEO.

Why I Made This Blog

This blog was created to help others to build and grow their online businesses. Over the years I’ve gained a lot of experience on what works (and what doesn’t work) and I want to share that with others.
